We're a startup looking for a CLEAN prep room / prep kitchen in West LA with ample space to work in. Must have:

- Prep tables
- Dry storage (1-2 pallets must fit) for flour, shipping materials and packing machine
- loading possibility
- secured
- daylight would be a big plus
- parking

NO fully equipped kitchen is needed. We fill dry baking mixes.
