We are a shared use Kitchen facility that is available for rental use on an hourly to multi-hour basis with pre-reserved scheduling availability. Our facility is located in Frankfort, IL (Southwest of Chicago), and is fully Insured, and Licensed by both the State of Illinois and Will County Department of Health. Our facility contains all necessary kitchen equipment needed to provide business support to typicial food industry businesses..
Our facility is available for Client use, 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We can support your on-site storage needs, as well as refrigeration needs. Our facility will allow your existing small business to achieve your desired business success by renting time on an as-needed basis, as opposed to establishing your own facility. Overall, renting kitchen time will minimize your business start-up costs and will lower your risk.
Our current rate structure (please view or wbsite) is based upon the Clients' total hours worked for the month. The greater the hours worked the lower the rate charged. We are committed to offering the lowest hourly rates in the least complex format. Hourly rates as low as $15 per hour can be achieved.
