Fishburn Kitchens

We have built new commercial kitchens and a food truck commissary just east of downtown Los Angeles.  In March, we'll open 17 health department permitted commercial kitchens, each their own, separate, locked facility.  The kitchens range in size from 225 square feet to 600 square feet, and each will have a new hood and sinks installed.  The units are separately metered for utilities as well.  The project also features a large shared kitchen available for short-term use, communal dry and cold storage spaces, tenant/employee parking, showers, laundry facilities, a truck commissary/parking lot and other amenities.  If you would like to schedule a call or a visit, please let us know!
