we have space in our dedicated gluten-free kitchen for off-peak rental hours. there's great natural lighting and we're in a secure building in west berkeley (near berkeley bowl) just off hwy 80.
we have a roll-in rotating double-rack oven with capacity for 30 full-size sheet pans and prep tables. please note that we don't have a stove/open flame. our kitchen has been inspected and is fully licensed.
we're open to hourly or flat monthly rates. if interested, please tell us a bit about yourself and your business, plus the days/hours you're looking for.
