I use this kitchen a few times. First, it's certified Kosher Parve, Gluten Free, and Vegan (although they allow using eggs with my own mixing bowls, etc.)
Their oven is amazing. They have two great mixers, two great Robot coupes, and an amazing walk in freezer. They said they're about to put in a blast chiller as well.
I make vegan ice cream and they're about to put in a deep freezer.
I was able to get a month's worth of inventory done in 3 nights. They let me store my ice cream maker in one of their storage areas for an additional charge, but it was really helpful.
