Breaking Bread - Home cooking kits Needs: approximately 300- 4500 sq ft. 8-10 feet of class 1 hood. light cooking, heavy prepping and packing. Load in 6 am - 11 am Load out noon to 3:30 pm. Sunday- Friday low to no use on Saturday. Business in proof of concept stage. Need for approximately one year. Staffing starts with 5 ppl and goes in one year to as many as 20.
