Looking for commercial kitchen

I am just starting to create my product and need a commercial kitchen to process my Roasted Spice Pickle. I need to leave my product in a locked storage room with temperatures between 65 and 72 degrees. The chain of custody of my product is extremely important since my product is 90% fermented. I have my own industrial food processor, storage cabinet, and other equipment. I also need space to package my product.
