In the long Island City area; 5,000 sq ft open plan kitchen

Accommodates a maximum of 12 in staff
6 burner stove with 2 shelf bottom bake oven
Hobart Double convection oven max 12 racks in each section

Small hand wash sink
3 stainless steel tables

Kitchen B
Accommodates a maximum of 8 in staff
3 stainless steel tables one with butcher block top
Double revolving rack oven that handles a full size bakers rack; 40 sheet trays

Kitchen C
Accommodates a maximum of 8 in staff
3 stainless steel tables one with butcher block top
Double revolving rack oven that handles a full size baker's rack; 40 sheet trays

Kitchen D
Accommodates a maximum of 8 in staff
24 feet of stainless steel counter space
3 bay sink
Double convection oven 12 racks in each section located in main kitchen
This is a cold room used for finishing chocolates

In locked cages. Prices range from $50 to 140 per month depending on the size and location

Prices:
Nights: Monday thru Sunday (7 nights) 6:30 pm to 2:30 am $180.00 per shift
Days: Friday Saturday Sunday (3 days) 8am to 4pm $220.00 per shift

Above prices includes all utilities, carting (garbage pick-up), cleaning supplies and chemicals and the use of a part-time Kitchen Assistant for two hours during your shift.
