A New Rentals Facility with "Wow" Factor in Spades
So, you're looking for a truly unique venue...Have we got a space for you! 

Tim's Kitchen, Wakeman Town Farm's new gathering space, complete with a gleaming commercial kitchen, opens into a great room with a soaring, white-washed cathedral ceiling and industrial farm-chic vibe, complemented by Lillian August and Restoration Hardware furnishings. The venue accommodates 40 for seated dinners and corporate retreats, and many more for cocktail parties and gatherings 75 inside, many more with tenting options. With sliding French doors opening onto the verdant grounds and gardens, this is a space unlike those old-school, stuffy "affairs" venues and halls. With the addition of tents, the space opens up even further to accomodate large parties on the grounds, such as our annual Harvest Fest Dinner, a celebration of local food and wines held every September for more than 250 guests under tents draped with twinking lights.
This is wonderfully authentic ambience to host everything from bridal showers and 40th birthday parties, to childrens' parties, private dinners with guest chefs, film series, cooking competitions, cooking shoots, cast parties and consigment cooking/recipe development. The commercial kitchen has all the bells and whistles, with a 10-burner Garland stove, industrial dishwasher, commercial three-bay sinks, two bathrooms and much more. 
The farm works closely with a roster of "preferred vendors," experienced and reputable local caterers at varied price points, who can execute everything from casual BBQs to corporate retreats, holiday parties, to intimate wine dinners with customized gourmet menus. Our goal is to become a go-to for special events for the community. As such, we will work with you on pricing and be as flexible as possible. We are available to chefs and photographers seeking a gorgeous, fully functional commercial space. 
There are two large farm tables in the space that seat 20 each, plus refrigeration and full commercial kitchen with all the bells and whistles. Should you require a different configuration, such as round tables, or additional seating, your chosen caterer will work with you on every detail. Includes two ADA-compliant bathrooms. 
Rates for rentals vary, depending on size of group, day of the week, intended usage, length of rental, and other factors. Pricing is competitive with other local rentals' venues and renters sign a standard rental agreement and put down a refundable security deposit.
