Amped Kitchens – L.A. South, with 62 kitchens is located at 6130 S. Avalon Blvd, Los Angeles

We rent each kitchen exclusively to one tenant – yours is the only company that will occupy your space.  Kitchens range from 150 square feet to 1,700 square feet, but they are as productive as spaces 5-10 times as large, thanks to ample shared amenities and our fantastic onsite team. We offer dry, cold and frozen storage; multiple loading docks, logistics, professional staff, office space, packing rooms, USDA office, and expedited processing for public health permits. The 56,000 square foot building is newly renovated and located in the Goodyear Tract, just off the 110 Freeway.  Save time, money and headaches by moving your commissary, wholesale operation or pilot production to Amped Kitchens - L.A. South.

Tenants bring their own equipment, but we’ve taken care of almost everything else:

- Each space includes gas, electric and water service

- We provide required features such as hand-wash and food prep sinks, epoxy flooring and washable finishes

- Spaces are pre-inspected by L.A. County Dept. of Public Health and City of L.A. to streamline your permitting

- Kitchens are available with hoods, walk-in coolers and extra space for prep, cooking and storage, depending on your needs.


Leases start at one year. Tenants pay pro-rated utility costs (historically ranging from $50 to $400/month, depending on size of space, equipment and operating hours).  A modest monthly Health & Safety fee pays for pest control, waste management, fire safety, hood maintenance and repair, sanitation supplies, linens, hair nets, beard bags, cardboard recycling, etc.


Your company’s space can be customized to meet stringent certifications as needed. Many tenants operate under protocols including Organic, HAACP, FDA, USDA, Kosher, Gluten Free, and more.  We can help provide you the necessary contacts for these certifications.
