Prep Kitchen Needed

Looking for a certified commercial kitchen space for a small business (specialty food producer). Location in/close to the city is best.

We do not need cooking capabilities, just prep space and 3 compartment sink. Will be dehydrating fruits, vegetables, herbs, and will need to keep 2 dehydrators (both ~3' tall x 2' wide x 1.5' deep) in the space permanently. Will provide our own dehydrators on rolling equipment stands and any other tools needed.

At least 20 hours/month, typically nights and weekends, with visits in mornings to rotate dehydrator trays.
