We are a fully equipped, commercially licensed, shared use kitchen in Marina del Rey, allowing you to build your business on an as needed basis with lowered risk and minimized start-up costs.

The PROVISIONS COMMISSARY is a 1200 sq. ft. kitchen facility.
A quick summary of our equipment is listed below. Beside your ingredients, the only items we ask our clients to bring are small wares such as knives, utensils and any specialty item needed.
We can accommodate a wide range of needs and support growing businesses. Whether its daily production runs, menu planning, product development, private label manufacturing or one-time catering events for 200+ guests, we have the space.
The PROVISIONS COMMISSARY is available to any company or individual who has a valid business license, safe food handling certificate and proof of insurance.
In most cases, it is a shared-use situation. The Commissary can accommodate 10-12 people working at any time. We limit the use to two companies at one time, with a maximum of 8 crew members. Overnight hours are available if one needs exclusive use or more team members working at once.
Rental rate is $25.00 per hour with a 4 hour minimum. Lower rates available with more use. A $250.00 deposit is required.
