We are a catering company looking to share our 3000 sq. ft. kitchen/office/storage space with an established food caterer. Our kitchen is fully equipped with all your cooking needs with shared Walkin fridge/freezer, office and storage space. Kitchen is available for 30 hours per week usage. You must be insured and carry your own workman compensation policy. You must obtain your own Alameda County Health Permit. Month to month or 6-month lease available.
