Our commissary is over 3000 sq. ft. with spacious walk in refrigerators and freezers, convection ovens, 10 burner stove, grill, mixer, fryer, slicer and much more. There is a tremendous amount of space, both for cooking and storage. Additional office space available for extra charge. The use of the space includes the use of all equipment including pots, pans, small wares etc. Pricing is based upon: usage, number of employees and timing.
We are located in North Miami, very close to Johnson and Wales University and Biscayne Boulevard. Interstate 95 is five minutes away.
