We have a small kitchen space available for shared use. We only rent long term, requiring a one year signed lease. Availability varies, but we most often have part time spots availabile.
This is perfect way to start a small food business without "going all in" on the front end.
We are an establishment that usually gets 98-100 on Health Inspections, so everyone must do their part to keep the place clean after each use.

Because our Cake business name is on the front of the building, and to prevent any misunderstandings, we do not currently rent to any bakery/cake businesses.
