I was worried that we wouldn't find a kitchen space to use while I was building my restaurant space out. This was a solid kitchen space to work out of while the contractors finished up. Everyone was respectful of each others space. The kitchen was clean and well organized. The rates are fare. It got busy at points but there seemed to be enough space for everyone to work. The Kitchen was loosely managed by the owner, a bit of a free for all, but it seems to work well this way. Lots of space and equipment to get the job done! We are so happy this kitchen exists in Bellingham.
